Best London Broil Ever

1(2 pound) London Broil

1-28 oz. can stewed tomatoes

Garlic, salt  and pepper to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Place the roast in a roasting pan, pour stewed tomatoes over it, and season with chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Roast for 2 1/2 to 3 hours until fork tender. Let stand for about 10 minutes before carving.

Serve with mashed potatoes and any green salad. Anything chocolate would be perfect. What to drink- a Syrah
